We asked the student body in an anonymous poll and the results were shocking.
As you can see, out of all the students who participated in the poll, the majority openly admitted to committing theft. This startling statistic begs the question: why are so many students engaging in this behavior?
Why?
It’s hard to say why so many people are doing it, but there are a few possible reasons. Maybe some people are doing it for fun or out of peer pressure, trying to impress their friends or get away with something. Others might be stealing because they can’t afford things or just don’t understand how serious it is. It could even be that some people just don’t think they’ll get caught, or they feel like it’s no big deal because it’s “just a small thing.”
Solution
The results of the poll are a wake-up call. It’s clear that we need to start talking more about the impact of stealing and why it’s wrong. The 75% number is definitely something to think about. While it might seem like everyone is doing it, the truth is that stealing isn’t worth it. It’s better to be honest and make the right choice. Maybe it’s time to have a bigger conversation about what’s going on in our community and how we can fix it.
