This spring season, track and field athletes have been working their hardest to achieve their goals. With relatively good weather, the athletes have competed against numerous other teams trying to win the league. The guys team has dominated many of the meets, placing high against their competitors. For the girls team, even though they’re lacking in numbers, they have been winning quite a few meets as well. The team is excited for the last upcoming meets of this season.
Ryan Travaille, the head coach, had nothing but positive things to say about the team. “What stands out most about this 2026 squad isn’t just the speed, the huge recorded setting jumps, or the incredible endurance of our distance runners, rather it’s the culture,” he proudly stated. Coach Ryan also explained, “Whether it’s a grueling speed workout practice or a high pressure meet, these athletes compete for one another, and that team-first mentality is what’s going to carry us through towards CCS.”
With determination and a great group of coaches, these athletes are exceeding expectations and are more than ready to compete at championships.
